Explore our charming small-town setting, where residents often stop on the street to have a leisurely chat with neighbors, where the air is clean, the streets are quiet and tree-lined, and where the sunsets, full moons, and Hudson River views are memorable.
CABRINI TERRACE is a post-war, 16-story cooperative building with 217 apartments that are more than 65% owner-occupied. Perched on a Manhattan high point on the Hudson River, it offers sweeping, dramatic views in all directions: north and west to the woods of Fort Tryon Park, the Hudson, the majestic Palisades and beyond to Northern New Jersey, the Tappan Zee Bridge, and Westchester and Rockland Counties; south to the George Washington Bridge and Manhattan skyline; and east to the bridges of Long Island Sound.
The Terrace, a member of the Hudson Heights Owners Coalition (HHOC), is the only full-service building in Hudson Heights offering 24-HOUR DOORMAN and CONCIERGE services. The landscaped grounds are in a park-like setting.
